Junior Administration Position – (suit School Leaver)


Duties include:


  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering the phone
  • Distributing information to and from all staff
  • Data entry, filing
  • Administration support and any other general admin duties


Required Skills and Experience:

  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Able to multitask and highly organised
  • Good attention to details
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Excellent Presentation and Phone Manner
